Pre-registration guide

Pre-registration lets us understand your team and check eligibility. It is not a confirmed entry; our team will contact you to complete the process.
Submit pre-registration
Choose online or in-person participation and enter the requested information. This initial form does not confirm your place.
Save your reference code
After submission, you’ll receive a GYSO reference code. Keep it for future communication with our team.
Complete registration with us
The GYSO team will contact the primary applicant to verify eligibility, confirm the team, and explain payment and final registration.

Is a second teammate required?+
No. Teams may include up to two students, but Student 2 is optional during pre-registration and can be added while finalizing registration.
Is my place confirmed after submitting?+
No. The GYSO team will contact you to verify eligibility, finalize the registration, and provide payment instructions.
Can I participate online?+
Yes. Select either Online or In person — Istanbul in the pre-registration form.
When will the Istanbul venue be confirmed?+
The exact examination time and venue will be announced by 20 February 2027.
